你还在为皮套太贵而感到发愁吗？你还在为开播工具感到压力山大吗？
这些，YATeam暂时都不会去解决（但可以提供一定的解决方案与报销金额，毕竟我们也是从零开始的团队，暂时没有支持方案，请见谅）。

那YATeam能提供什么？

1. 全方位宣传平台。YATeam旗下拥有多个社交平台宣传通道，除此之外，旗下也有网站，服务器等，合作者的信息可以通过这些渠道快速发展；
2. 后方技术支持。我们会在后方提供技术支持，例如对合作者的计算机进行调试，协助合作者直播，也可以提供平台供合作者快速构建起自己的网站等；
3. 热情的人员。YATeam源自一个成立于2018年的组织，有较为丰厚的人脉，可以更快速地促成信息传播，并且可以提供一个老群作为暂时性的粉丝群，并且前期会有人提供相关二创等；
4. 最重要的是，YATeam保证合作者的独立性。YATeam合作者仍然是个人势，YATeam不对合作者播出内容做任何限制，不会插入任何广告。欢迎前来！

YATeam与那些公会相比有什么优势吗？

YATeam最突出的优势就是抽成问题。YATeam提供的服务，除去中之人额外要求外全部免费。中之人额外要求服务视情况计费后进行折扣处理。抽成问题为在平台抽成完毕，将收入发到个人时，个人需提供其收入的入账单并交纳个人收入不高于3%的金额，并且单次抽成上限为5000CNY，意味着如果合作者单次收入超过333332CNY（所以加油吧），额外收入不做任何处理，全部归合作者所有！换句话说，你直播，我们保证！

那我应该怎么报名呢？

两种方式。
1. 加入官方群进行详细交流；
2. 发邮至[email protected]和（是和不是或哦）[email protected]说明情况。

报名要求呢？

报名限制如下。
VTuber/VUP共同限制：
1. 年满18周岁或年满当地的法律规定成年年龄；
2. 女性优先，毕竟现在的审美更偏向女性，男性如果报名我们会进行更严格的审核，请见谅；
3. 不限身高体重国籍肤色，但优先考虑会讲以下语言中其中至少一项较为流利的：汉语，英语，俄语，日语，法语，德语；
4. 会至少一门才艺（直播编程也行啊）；
5. 开朗乐观，善于言谈，并且心理素质较好。

VTuber特殊限制：
1. 请优先获取访问外网的许可，如果无法获取可以通过YATeam寻求帮助；
2. 必须拥有YouTube账号，哔哩哔哩账号尽量拥有；
3. 所有视频以及直播中不得挂出Google YouTube AdSense提供的内容。

VUP特殊限制：
1. 必须会讲中文，至少也要看懂中文；
2. 必须新建一个哔哩哔哩账号；
3. 请遵守国内相关规定。

注意事项

请重新创建所有社交账号以供活动，但请注意，合作者仍然可以使用之前的社交账号，但要保证不得用于VTuber/VUP相关活动，更不得展现新旧账号的关联性。这是对中之人的最严格的隐私保护。
另外，我们不要求知道你是谁，但会请你提供合规的证明身份信息的材料，包括但不限于身份证，护照等。我们会将其完全封存，团队内部也不会公开，并且你完全可以选择在解除合作的同时要求删除材料，我们会完全照办。该信息仅仅限于提供最基本的保障。我们会将其加密存储到离线设备中，所以不用担心它的安全。

Are you still worried about the cost of live2d model? Are you still under pressure to start broadcasting tools?

YATeam will not solve these problems for the time being (But we can provide certain solutions and reimbursement amount. After all, we are also a team from scratch. We have no support scheme for the time being. Please forgive us).

What can YATeam provide?

1. Comprehensive publicity platform. YATeam has multiple social platforms and publicity channels. In addition, YATeam also has websites, servers, etc. through these channels, the information of partners can develop rapidly;
2. Rear technical support. We will provide technical support in the rear, such as debugging the collaborators' computers, assisting the collaborators in live broadcasting, or providing a platform for collaborators to quickly build their own websites;
3. Enthusiastic personnel. YATeam comes from an organization founded in 2018. It has rich contacts, can promote information dissemination more quickly, and can provide an old group as a temporary fan group, and someone will provide relevant second innovation in the early stage;
4. Most importantly, YATeam ensures the independence of partners. YATeam partners are still personal potential. YATeam will not make any restrictions on the broadcast content of partners and will not insert any advertisements. Welcome!

Does YATeam have any advantages over those guilds?

The most prominent advantage of yateam is to draw problems. The services provided by yateam are free of charge except for the additional requirements of the people in VTuber/VUP. Those who require additional services will be discounted after charging according to the situation. When the platform got the benefit completed and the income is sent to individuals, individuals need to provide the form of their income and pay an amount of no more than 3% of their income, and the upper limit of a single draw is 800USD, which means that if the partner's single income exceeds 53332USD (so come on), the additional income will not be processed and will be owned by the individuals! In other words, you live, we promise!

How should I sign up?

Two ways.
1. Join the official group for detailed exchange(Tencent QQ group, there is no Facebook group and Telegram channel for the time being.);
2. Send to [email protected] AND (Attention,is "AND") [email protected] Explain the situation.

What about the registration requirements?

Sign up restrictions are as follows.
VTuber / VUP common restrictions:
1. Have reached the age of 18 or the age of majority stipulated by local laws;
2. Women first. After all, the current aesthetic is more female oriented. If men sign up, we will conduct more strict test. Please forgive us;
3. Regardless of height, weight, nationality and skin color, it is preferred to speak at least one of the following languages: Chinese, English, Russian, Japanese, French and German;
4. At least one talent ~ ~ (live programming is OK) ~ ~;
5. Cheerful and optimistic, good at speaking, and good psychological quality.
VTuber special restrictions:
1. Please give priority to obtaining the permission to access the Internet. If you can't obtain it, you can ask for help through YATeam;
2. You must have a YouTube account, and BiliBili account should be owned as possible;
3. The content provided by Google YouTube Adsense shall not be hung in all videos and live broadcasts.
VUP special restrictions:
1. Must be able to speak Chinese, at least understand Chinese;
2. You must create a new BiliBili account;
3. Please abide by relevant regulations in China.

Points for attention

Please recreate all social accounts for activities, but please pay attention that partners can still use the previous social accounts, but they must not be used for VTuber / VUP related activities, nor show the relevance of the old and new accounts. This is the strictest privacy protection for people in VTuber/VUP.
In addition, we do not require to know who you are, but will ask you to provide compliance proof of identity information materials, including but not limited to ID card, passport, etc. We will completely seal it, and it will not be made public within the team, and you can choose to cancel the cooperation and request to delete the materials at the same time, and we will do it completely. This information is limited to providing the most basic guarantee. We will encrypt it and store it in offline devices, so you don't have to worry about its security.
